Before you close your account make sure you have completed the following:
Move the remaining balance out of your Pool accounts through *Send Money*
If you're the only Admin of a multi-member Pool, you'll need to assign another Pool member as an Admin before closing your account. Once another Admin has been assigned, the Pool will remain active, and only your member profile will be removed when your account is closed.
To close your account, please email [email protected] and provide the name on your account.
