A Personal Balance is money that belongs to you personally within Pool. You can't invite any other members to your Personal Balance. It's just for you.
You can use your personal balance to:
Hold money for yourself and spend with your Pool debit card.
Contribute to other Pools.
Make transfers or reimbursements.
Pitch in for shared expenses.
