You can order a free physical Pool debit card from the Pool web app.
Order your card
Sign in at app.poolmoney.com and select Home.
Select the card tile labeled Get a free card.
Follow the prompts to complete your order.
When your card will arrive
You should receive your card in 5–10 business days. For more information, see When will my physical debit card arrive?.
