Activate your physical debit card
Once your physical Pool debit card arrives, you’ll need to activate it before you can use it.
Go to the home page of your Pool account.
Select Activate next to the debit card.
Follow the instructions to complete activation.
Spend with your physical debit card
Pool offers a physical debit card if you need one. Before spending, make sure the card is paired with the Pool you want to spend from.
