You can send money from Pool to an eligible bank account in minutes via Instant Send. There is a 1.75% transfer fee to send money instantly.
How to Send Money Instantly to a Bank Account:
1. Open your Pool account
2. Go to the Pool or Personal Balance you want to send money from
4. Tap on Send Money
5. Tap on Instant in the transfer money screen
Please note that money transferred with Instant Send is sent right away and for that reason cannot be canceled or reversed.
Check whether your bank supports instant transfers
Instant transfers use the Real-Time Payments (RTP) network. Not all banks or bank accounts support receiving RTP payments, so instant transfers may not be available for your destination account.
If instant transfer isn’t available
Use a standard bank transfer instead. Standard transfers can take up to five business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
