How does my physical debit card work across multiple Pools?
Your physical Pool debit card can be used with any Pool you have permission to spend from.
To choose which Pool your physical card spends from, sign into Pool and select the Pool shown beneath your card. The selected Pool or your Personal balance becomes your card's active spending source and remains active until you choose a different Pool.
How are virtual cards different?
Each Pool has its own virtual debit card with unique card details. You can use a virtual card online or add it to a supported digital wallet.
Unlike the physical card, which can be switched between Pools, each virtual card is permanently associated with a specific Pool.
Physical and virtual cards can be used at the same time. Transactions are charged to the Pool associated with the card that was used for the purchase.
