Each Pool includes its own account and routing numbers. Owners, Admins, and Spenders can use these to connect the Pool to external accounts like Venmo, PayPal, and other peer to peer payment apps. Viewers do not have access to account or routing numbers.
Please consult each service's website for the latest up-to-date information on how to connect your Pool to each service with your account and routing numbers:
Venmo
1. Open Venmo
2. Go to the *Me* tab by tapping your picture or initials in the bottom right
3. Go to the *Wallet* section
4. Tap *Add bank or card* and select *Bank*
5. Select *Verify bank manually instead*
6. Add your Pool’s routing and account numbers and tap *Save and continue*
7. Venmo will send micro-deposits to your Pool to verify ownership (for $1 or less) over the next 1-3 business days. **Make sure that your pool has at least a $2 balance to cover these micro-deposits.**
8. Confirm the amount of your Venmo micro-deposits by going to venmo.com/verifybank on your phone or going to your Venmo app, tapping *Settings*, *Payment Methods*, and finally *Verify.*
9. Enter in the first and second amounts of the micro-deposits in your Pool and tap *Verify*
10. Add as many Pools as you’d like to your Venmo account
PayPal
1. Open PayPal
2. Go to your *Wallet*
3. Select *Add banks and cards* (on mobile) or *Link a bank *(on desktop)
4. Select Bank
5. Search for *Pool*
6. Under "Can't find your bank?" Select *Enter your account info*
7. Add your Pool’s routing and account numbers and tap *Link This Bank*
8. PayPal will send micro-deposits to your Pool to verify ownership (for $1 or less) over the next 1-3 business days. **Make sure that your pool has at least a $2 balance to cover these micro-deposits.**
9. Confirm the micro-deposits in your Pool by going to your PayPal *Wallet*, scrolling down to *Banks and cards*.
10. Tap *Confirm your bank** ***and enter the two micro-deposits seen in your Pool
11. Add as many Pools as you’d like to your PayPal account
