You can lock both a virtual or physical Pool debit card at any time. While a card is locked, it cannot be used for new purchases or transactions.
Lock a virtual debit card
Log into Pool at Poolmoney.com
Open the Pool associated with the virtual card.
Select Virtual Card.
Click the three-dot menu next to the card's status.
Select Lock card.
Lock a physical debit card
Log into Pool at Poolmoney.com
Select Lock next to your physical card.
Unlock a card
Follow the same steps and select Unlock card to restore access.
If you believe your debit card information has been compromised or notice unauthorized activity, contact support at [email protected] as soon as possible.
