Virtual debit cards
Each Pool has its own virtual debit card with unique card details.
Owners, Admins, and Spenders can enable a virtual card by selecting Virtual card at the top of the Pool, then Set up a virtual card.
Select Virtual card at the top of the Pool, then Show card details, to view its details.
Can be used for online purchases and added to supported digital wallets.
Remains associated with that specific Pool.
Physical debit card
You receive one physical Pool debit card that can be used across the Pools you have permission to spend from.
Must be ordered and mailed to you.
Must be activated before use.
Can be used wherever Visa is accepted.
Can be locked or unlocked from the Debit Card page.
Can be switched between eligible Pools and your Personal balance with the dropdown under your card.
Both virtual and physical cards can be used at the same time. Transactions are charged to the Pool associated with the card used for the purchase.
